Discussion on Spirit Beast Byakko - The Consecutive Counterflow as the Main Pet

Hello everyone. Little apprentice sister happens to have some free time today, so let's talk about the new pet, Byakko. Byakko is still a spirit beast with relatively low growth potential, but it's not without its merits. As a secondary pet, it is quite powerful. If used as the main pet, choosing the consecutive counterflow is also a powerful option for Byakko. Here, the consecutive counterflow mainly revolves around consecutive hits as its core, disguised as a counterattack-oriented style of combat. (Who said I like consecutive hits?)
Before discussing the gameplay, let's first explain the PK mechanism of this game, to be precise, the consecutive hit mechanism. In this game, PK consists of a total of 15 rounds, with each round allowing each character to take one action. Based on the player's consecutive hit and counterattack attributes, there are also five additional opportunities to act in a single round. In other words, both consecutive hits and counterattacks are counted within these five additional opportunities to act. Starting from the first round, the faster side takes the first action, making an attack, and then triggering consecutive hits or counterattacks based on attributes such as consecutive hits, resistance to consecutive hits, counterattacks, and resistance to counterattacks. Up to five consecutive hits can be triggered. If the opponent triggers a counterattack during this process, it also counts as an additional opportunity to act. Once both sides' consecutive hits and counterattacks fill up the five additional opportunities to act, they move on to the second round. (For example: If A takes one action and triggers five consecutive hits, then even if B has a consecutive hit of 10,000, no more consecutive hits will occur this round.) There have been posts claiming that consecutive hits and counterattacks can trigger consecutive hits, allowing for up to 12 actions in a round. This should be considered a rumor. (Hopefully, I'm wrong. If it were possible to take 12 actions, then Byakko would indeed be a divine pet.)
(Changes to the round mechanism have been made before the apprentice sister's submission. Byakko has become a divine pet, so the parts highlighted in red above are now in the past tense.)
Now, let's get to the point. If Byakko is used as the main pet, it should have the main consecutive hit attribute and secondary counterattack attributes.
After awakening, Byakko can provide attributes of 30 consecutive hits and 60 counterattacks (the chance of a 36% damage-blocking shield triggering in actual combat is quite high, but it may weaken later on). Based on the 30 consecutive hits provided by Byakko, assuming the main consecutive hit attribute remains unchanged, you can allocate 3 pieces of equipment for counterattack attributes, plus an additional 60 counterattacks, equivalent to 90% of the counterattacks provided by the spirit creature Byakko. Although currently not deliberately stacking resistance to counterattacks, its resistance is quite high. However, this additional 90% counterattack still has a fairly high chance of triggering counterattacks in actual combat (as tested by Brother Tiger).
If Byakko acts as the main creature, using the consecutive hit-counterattack stream will be a quite strong stream. You need to compete to get 5 extra chances to attack. Considering that Byakko does not provide attacks, also consider the resistance of spirit creatures, attack strength, and single-turn attack increases, if the character gets 2 extra chances to attack, the benefits will cover or even exceed the output provided by the spirit creature itself. So, the consecutive hit-counterattack combination fits this position. In addition, the added blood provided by Byakko, although not a large amount, along with the immunity shield provided, will make it quite tough on the battlefield. At least he can stand. This playstyle is not weak at all, and may even have an advantage in pure PK. Its shortcomings are the same as other streams, namely fear of being frozen by speed.
Considering various factors, here are the proposed set options for reference and discussion:
Equipment: 10 consecutive hits, 3 counterattacks, secondary accuracy attributes
Spirit creature: Silver Winged God Spear (core of consecutive hit stream), Emperor's Blood, Fast Walk
Legal face: Accuracy
Mantra:
Great skill: Millions of Curses (Seven Stars), mainly used to increase attribute attacks during combat
Inner art: Reverse Universe
Kingdom spirit: Pure One Spirit (True Yuan protection, if no speed, then One, if there is speed, then True Yuan, or even directly One, finished before 5 rounds of PK end)
Body bravery: Dragon Movement
Spirit creature: Main Byakko with Dragon or Tiger
Spirit creature skills: Resilient spirit, Fast, Counter reinforcement, Strength. Here the younger brother recommends counter reinforcement to increase counterattack chances, actually somewhat wasteful, no need to chase.
Regarding the god ring, there is no need to discuss it. Based on Byakko's main attack and main counterattack, in the current PK version, it is also a good choice. Congratulations on discussing its advantages and disadvantages in the comments.
